Fast travel to the Northreach obelisk.

Defeat a blueback wyvern on the Northreach coast.
Slay the blueback wyvern, located at the Royal Meadows north of Northreach.

Obtain some saint's bonnet on the Northreach coast.
Collect the saint's bonnet flower north of the blueback wyvern.
