Time Your Dodges Against its High Mobility
The Dragon Aevis is equipped with high mobility and quick movement, often leaping around and changing its position. However, despite its incredible speed, its attacks are predictable and can easily be avoided with Precision Dodging.
A key thing to note here is that each time the dragon is changing its position, it's usually preparing for an attack so ready up your dodge button whenever you see this!
Lunge When it Leaps Away
When the dragon leaps away from you, use Lunge to catch it off guard and spam your combos at it. Once you break its will, make use of the powerful Rising Flames plus Scarlet Cyclone combination to maximize your damage output.
Utilize Ranged Attacks When it Uses Fireballs
If you're keeping your distance from the dragon, it will start breathing out fireballs at you. You can also fight back by using ranged attacks as its quite effective on this boss due to its low amount of Health Points (HP).
Use Burning Blade After Staggering It
Once you learn Burning Blade for Clive, use it on the dragon upon staggering as this ability takes time to charge up, then unleash a combination of basic attacks and other Phoenix Abilities to deal massive damage to it!
Overall this should be a quick battle and staggering it once and landing all your attacks will surely drain its HP in half.
