There is a point of no return when entering the Mothercrystal in Drake's Head during The Crystal's Curse. At this point, the game prompts you to confirm whether you want to proceed or not since you've reached a pivotal moment in the story.
The Crystal's Curse Walkthrough
There will be side quests that you won't be able to complete as they'll be gone once you reach The Crystal's Curse quest, so be sure to finish them before progressing further! You'll be able to check for any available side quest through the Alliant Reports.

Some cutscenes cannot be rewatched in Stage Replay, like in the first part of the game where Clive is in his teen years. If you want to rewatch these scenes, we're afraid you'll have to start a new game for that.
How to Skip and Rewatch Cutscenes
There are some unique weapons and accessories that you can obtain from treasure chests, renown rewards, or side quests. Some upgrades in Final Fantasy Mode require two of the base item, which is only possible if you carry them over through New Game Plus. If you start Final Fantasy Mode without obtaining these unique accessories the first time, you will not be able to upgrade them in your second playthrough.
Make sure to replay locations to open all treasure chests, earn enough renown, and clear side quests before starting a New Game Plus.
You can purchase accessories from the shops multiple times in Final Fantasy Mode, so you can always obtain an extra one. However, the prices for these accessories is more expensive so it is recommended to purchase them on your first playthrough to save Gil. It's highly recommended to get all the farming accessories so that they can be upgraded later.
All Accessories and How to Get Them
Crafting materials dropped by the Notorious Marks can be missable if you accidentally sell these unique items to shops. Since you only get to fight Notorious Marks once, there's no way to get another without starting another playthrough. If this happens, you can reload an autosave or a manual save before you sold the material.

MIssed treasure coffers can be opened when you replay a stage. Already opened treasure coffers will not have items inside.
Arcade Mode and Stage Replay Features Explained
On the topic of replaying stages, you can also rematch bosses in Arcade Mode! If you're on a Story Focused playthrough, you'll replay the boss fight in Action Focused. This goes for all stages available in Arcade Mode.

Don't worry if you've changed your mind about a certain ability because you can reassign ability points in this game. Say you felt like mastering a specific ability isn't worth the ability points, you can hover on that ability and hold the Square button to reset assigning ability points to it, and you'll get your ability points back!
List of All Abilities and Skills
Some merchants will become inaccessible later in the game, such as the Eastpool vendor who sells the Lovely, Dark, and Deep Orchestrion roll. However, don't fret about not being able to buy their items, as they can be bought in Charon's Toll later!
