FF16 Welcoming Committee - Newly Arrived Bearers
Speak with the newly arrived Bearers.
Talk to the Exhausted Bearer on the bench to the right of where Alain was.

FF16 Welcoming Committee - Speak with someone at the inn
Speak with someone at the inn about a meal.
Turn right after entering The Hanged Man inn, then speak to the Sobersided Shopkeeper.

FF16 Welcoming Committee - Gather some bread and wine
Gather some bread and wine for the Bearers.
Collect the Bread and Wine on the shelf next to the shopkeeper.

FF16 Welcoming Committee - Deliver the bread and wine
Deliver the bread and wine to the Bearers.
Head back to the Exhausted Bearer then speak to him to complete the quest.
