Phoenix's Phoenix Shift

Phoenix Shift Phoenix Shift Use the Blessing of the Phoenix to close the gap between a target. Both melee attacks and magicked shots can be dealt while shifting.

Using this feat closes the gap between Clive and the enemy. You can deal melee attacks and magicked shots while shifting towards the enemy.

Garuda's Deadly Embrace

Deadly Embrace Deadly Embrace Send a grappling claw out to grab an enemy and pull it toward Clive. Grappling heavier enemies will launch Clive into the air.

Sends out a claw that grabs an enemy and pulls itt towards Clive. Smaller enemies will be pulled, but larger enemies, such as the Gigas, will knock it down onto its knees.

Ramuh's Blind Justice

Blind Justice Blind Justice Launch a barrage of ball lightning at one or more enemies. Targets are determined by locking onto them before executing the ability. Ball lightning will affix itself to a target and can be caused to discharge, dealing additional damage, if the target is attacked.

Pressing the Eikonic Feat button while Ramuh is active will switch you to targeting mode where you can lock on to multiple targets (a target can be locked onto multiple times). Press the button again to shoot lightning orbs that will lodge into the targeted enemies.

Titan's Titanic Block

Titanic Block Titanic Block Block enemy attacks. When a guard is timed perfectly, □ can be used to launch up to three counterattacks.

Summons an arm that blocks enemy attacks to where Clive is facing. You can hold the Circle button to raise the arm but this will let you face only one direction, making your back and sides vulnerable to attacks.

You can execute a perfectly timed block by activating the feat just as you're about to be hit by an attack. Clive can deal three counterattacks when followed by attacking with the Square button upon a successfully timed block.

Bahamut's Wings of Light

Wings of Light Wings of Light Begin casting Megaflare. Press ○ to execute The length of the casting determines the potency of the spell.

With Bahamut active, you can press the Eikonic Feat button to start charging Megaflare. Most abilities will be disabled while casting, but you can freely move and dodge enemy attacks. Perfectly dodging an attack while casting is called a Megaflare Dodge and will quickly charge Megaflare.

Once it reaches at least lv1, press the execute button again to cast Megaflare to deal damage—determined by the charge level—to the enemies in the field.

Shiva's Cold Snap

Cold Snap Cold Snap Slide effortlessly across the ground in any direction. Attacking with □ while sliding can temporarily freeze enemies.

Shiva's Eikonic Feat, Cold Snap, provides great mobility and control. Pressing the activate button allows Clive to slide and press the attack button to temporarily freeze enemies. This can also be used to perfectly dodge an attack, releasing a frost blast called Permafrost to deal heavier damage within a radius.

Odin's Arm of Darkness

Arm of Darkness Arm of Darkness Replace Clive’s current weapon with Odin’s blade. Landing abilities with the Arm of Darkness fills the Zantetsuken gauge. Hold □ to execute Zantetsuken.

Clive's current weapon will be replaced by Odin's blade, weakening normal attacks and disabling Limit Break gauge gain. Instead, each attack with Odin's blade will fill the Zantetsuken gauge for up to lv5.

Hold the attack button and release it to unleash Zantetsuken to an enemy, dealing damage based on the charge level.

How to Use Eikonic Feats

Press Circle to Use Eikonic Feat

Presing the Circle button will activate your currently equipped Eikonic Feat.

Equip Desired Eikon Beforehand

# Steps to Equip Eikons

Go to the Gears & Eikons Tab on the Menu Screen
Press the Options button to bring up the Menu Screen, and head over to Gear & Eikons by pressing L2 or R2.

Select a Slot Under Eikons
Put your cursor in any slot under Eikons and press the X button. If you select an empty slot, the Eikon you'll equip will fill that slot. If you select a slot with an Eikon already equipped, the Eikon you'll select will replace the current Eikon on that slot.

Select the Eikon You Want to Equip
Select which Eikon you want to equip in the slot you chose. Note that the slots are numbered from 1 - 3, as well as selecting Eikons. This repesents which slot the Eikons selected are in.

Change the Eikons' Order (Optional)
You can easily change the order of the Eikons equipped in slots by pressing the Square button.

Be sure to equip your desired Eikon before unleashing their powerful feats by heading to the menu and selecting them through the Gear & Eikons tab!

List of All Eikons and Summons

Switch Eikons by Pressing L2

Switching Eikons can be done by pressing L2. This will switch between current equipped Eikons. You can see which Eikon's currently active by looking at the top left corner of the screen. There should be the Eikon's portrait next to your healthbar.

Alternatively, you can look at the bottom right corner of the screen to see icons that look like stoplights. An arrow highlights which Eikon is currently active.

Eikonic Feats are abilities of Eikons without cooldowns that Clive can use in battle. Each Eikon have different feats to help Clive either close the gap between his enemies and block enemy attacks!

You can see the name of the currently equipped Eikonic Feat on the right of the R2 button on the image above. This represents the Circle button on your controller.
