How to Complete Needs of the Many

Walkthrough

Speak with Quinten in Lostwing.
In Lostwing, head east from the fast travel obelisk to Quinten, found at the bar in The Hanged Man.

Search for Randal in Laubert's Pass.
Head south outside of Lostwing to Laubert's Pass. You'll find Quinten's Comrade seated on the ground in the middle of the search circle. Talk to him.

Slay the beastmen.
Head further south then defeat the beastmen, the goblins and the Hill Gigas, by the broken cart.

Inspect Randal's body.
North of the broken cart is Randal's body. Inspect it to continue the quest.

Inform Quinten of Randal's fate.
Fast travel back to Lostwing then talk to Quinten to complete the quest.
