Deliver the bowls of salt broth to the Long-serving Bearer in front of Kenneth, the Lame Bearer by the Orchestrion, and the bearer up the stairs behind Kenneth.

Return to Kenneth.
Talk to Kenneth after delivering the soup to complete the quest.
