You can find the first treasure chest on top of a platform in the middle of the area.

After defeating The Undertaker, head to the right side of the area to find the treasure chest near the chair on the wall.

After defeating The Undertaker, take the stairs on the left side and run to the end of the hallway to find the treasure chest.

After defeating the Lich and the Wraiths, open the door to proceed to the next area. Once you regain control of Clive, turn around and find the treasure chest on the foot of the bed.
