Poisoned Hand Location

Note: The Poisoned Hand is only available if you own the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

Found in the Poison Swamp in Belurat

The Poisoned Hand is obtained from a corpse found at the poison swamp in Belurat, Tower Settlement, behind a building near a Horned Warrior. You will need the Well Depths Key to open the gate found at the bottom of the well to access the poison swamp.

How to Find the Poisoned Hand in Belurat

Obtain the Well Depths Key

Reach Belurat, Tower Settlement
Reach the Belurat, Tower Settlement northwest of the Gravesite Plain. You can get to that area by following the main road after the Scorched Ruins reaching the Three-Path Cross Site of Grace. Afterwards, follow the path west into the large arch and continue on until you reach the legacy dungeon entrance.

Reach the Private Altar
You will need the Well Depths Key first. From the dungeon entrance of Belurat, progress the dungeon until you reach the Private Altar Site of Grace. Take note of the location of the well later.

Go Into the Alleyway
From the Private Altar Site of Grace, head up the stairs to the northwest then head into the west past the Horned Warrior.

Past the fork with the Horned Warrior, go through the alleyway until you reach a stream. Go down the stream southward then head into the dark room with a ladder on the right.

At the top of the ladder, enter the doorway, go around to the left, then jump and traverse the nearby roof ledge going east until you see a small bridge on the side. Jump onto the bridge and enter the room to your right to find the Well Depths Key on a corpse.

Go Past the Bird Statues
Head back to the Belurat Tower Settlement Site of Grace and head east past the stairs and a fountain. Take the path to the right, climb down the ladder by the well, and use the Well Depths Key to unlock the gate.

Hug the Right of the Poison Swamp
Progress through the drainage. At the drainage exit overlooking the poison swamp, follow the path on the right side and traverse on dry ground to reduce having to step on the poison pool.

Reach the Safe Platform
Continue following the path, having to eventually cross the pool and go past the underside of a bridge, until you reach a platform with a ladder safe from the swamp.

Go to the Northwest Isle
At the platform, face northwest and head to the isle of rubble with a group of Man-Fly. Clear the area of enemies before proceeding to make it easier to cross.

Head to the Building on the Right
At the isle, head to the building on the north. Watch out for the Horned Warrior on the left. You can avoid a fight with it by sticking to the right near the building.

Get the Poisoned Hand from the Corpse
Approach and obtain the Poisoned Hand from the corpse sitting in the swamp pool behind the building.
