Default Ash of War for the Poisoned Hand

The Poisoned Hand can be picked off a corpse found in the poison bog in Belurat Tower Settlement. You'll need the Well Depths Key to open the gate found at the bottom of the well to access the poison swamp. From the gate, hug the right wall until you find the corpse with the Poison Hand.
