Dropped by the Elder Lion mini-boss inside Fort Gael in Caelid. To enter, ride towards Fort Gael's north side and use the side path along the cliff. You should be able to find a ladder here (guarded by a footman) that leads into the fort.

Default Ash of War for the Claymore
Lion's Claw is also the default Ash of War of the Claymore. This weapon can be obtained from a chest inside the Castle Morne armory. It will be beside the doorway you enter after passing through the mound of bodies with worshipping Misbegotten.
How to Use Lion's Claw
Used to Deal Poise Damage
The Lion's Claw a heavy-hitting Ash of War that deals decent poise damage on hit. It is best used against bosses in order to easily chain staggers and critical strikes. Equip it on a Colossal Weapon for better damage and easier staggers.
