Note: Gazing Finger is only available if you own the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

Obtained by Trading the Remembrance of the Mother of Fingers With Enia

Gazing Finger can be obtained by beating Metyr, Mother of Fingers and getting the Remembrance of the Mother of Fingers. You can then turn in the Remembrance to Enia at the Roundtable Hold to get the weapon.

Metyr is fought in the hidden Finger Birthing Grounds, which can only be accessed by following Ymir's questline and ringing the bell in the Finger Ruins of Miyr.

How to Find Metyr, Mother of Fingers

Go to the Cathedral of Manus Metyr and talk to Ymir.

You can reach the cathedral by dropping down the pit at Moorth Ruins, passing through Bonny Village, and looping around the plateau to reach its top where the cathedral stands.
2 Follow Ymir's questline and ring the bells in Finger Ruins of Rhia, Finger Ruins of Dheo, and Finger Ruins of Miyr.
3 Defeat Metyr, Mother of Fingers after ringing the bell in the Finger Ruins of Miyr beneath the Cathedral of Manus Metyr to claim her Remembrance and exchange it for the Gazing Finger.
