How to Use Godslayer's Greatsword

Faith Weapon that Scales with Dexterity and Strength

The Godslayer's Greatsword scales with Faith and requires the same amount of Dexterity and Strength to use. It has balanced scaling among these attributes and investing in Strength or Dexterity will have the same amount of bonus damage gain.

Good Fire Damage Greatsword

This is a particularly good weapon at dealing Fire-based damage with its wide-reaching and high damage dealing physical attacks. It can also break an enemy's shield or Poise in a few hits and it is lighter than most Colossal Swords.

Weapon Skill has Wide AoE and Deals High Damage

The Queen's Black Flame weapon skill performs a slashing attack that unleashes a burst of black flame that can be followed with the same attack. The weapon skill takes a bit of time to cast but has high Poise during the animation. It is highly effective at clearing groups of enemies and against bosses that are weak to Fire.

It also has a damage of over time effect that wears down an enemy's HP if they are hit. This effect continues for a time until it wears off. The weapon itself, however, does not apply this effect and The Queen's Black Flame needs to be cast.
