    with how small the pool of healers are in the game, running a DPS shorekeeper seems like a waste. I mean the damage is there but i'd treat that as a bonus, and not something to build around on

    This seems a utterly trash set since in order to reach 250% energy regen you most likely need to equip both your 3 costs with energy regen which is 60% element dmg deepen while getting 30% back in return, high chance you also need a energy regen main stat weapon too losing on crit stats, now the only way i see this set being useful is if 30% dmg deepen affect all team members coupled with 250% energy regen would make a perfect set for sub-dps or support roles.

    attribute damage is all elemental damage so it would be like giving the char 30% electro/spectro/fusion/glacio and so on

    That's just silly way to say all damage because there's no damage that isn't attribute or how some call it "elemental" damage. Spectrro aero, havoc, fusion etc are attributes.
