No offense to any Ling Yang Mains but I believe it is because he's kinda bad. It is sort of not recommended to use Ling Yang in the first place. You are not wrong to say that he can fully utilize the buffs but is it still recommended if Ling Yang falls short of the other dps characters

Why there is no LingYang in recommended teams?... not only he can be obtained for free, he is the only character aside of Carlotta who can utilize the full potential of Zhezhi's buffs.

Wuwa needsto focus more on content and more immersive events than just these new characters that get released every month. Understandable if story mode is short but wuthering should incorporate more events that updates every two weeks, and dont copy events like genshin cuz genshin events are utterly boring. Try to create events like what games like mister love and love and deepspace does. They frequently update events that create a more immersive experience.
