Make for Dravozd.
Fast travel to the Dravozd obelisk and talk to August nearby.

Speak with Zoltan.
Enter Dravozd and go to Vulcan's Forge.

Speak with Blackthorne.
Go back and talk to Blackthorne near the Dravozd obelisk.
