Recommended Use
- Casting progress can be monitored via the casting gauge on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Spell cannot be executed until casting gauge has reached at least level 1.
- Spell effect and potency increases with casting level.
- Most abilities are unavailable while casting.
- R1 can be used to dodge attacks.
- Precisely dodging an attack is called a Megaflare Dodge.
- Executing a Megaflare Dodge rapidly fills the casting gauge.
- Taking damage cancels the spell.

Wings of Light is unlocked by gaining the power of Bahamut during the quest, Fire in the Sky. You may need to complete or encounter a certain story section in order to unlock this ability.

100 Mfps - Land 100 Hits With Lv2 or Higher Megaflare

100 Mfps Bronze Trophy
FF16 - Silver Trophy Land 100 total hits with Lv. 2 or higher Megaflare (excluding battles in Hall of Virtue).

Landing a total of 100 hits by unleashing a lv2 or higher Megaflare unlocks the 100 Mfps trophy achievement! The higher the Megaflare the level, the longer it will last in the battlefield and land more hits.

Such Dodge, So Mega - Execute 3 Megaflare Dodges

Such Dodge, So Mega Bronze Trophy
FF16 - Silver Trophy Execute a Precision Dodge 3 times while charging a single Megaflare (excluding battles in Hall of Virtue).

Megaflare Dodge is done by doing a Precision Dodge while charging Megaflare. Doing this three times before executing Megaflare unlocks the Such Dodge, So Mega trophy achievement!
