Golden Runes act as a consumable, giving you different amount runes depending on the tier. To use one, simply open up your inventory and select the Golden Rune you want to use and you can either choose Use or Use selected.

Selecting use will use one Golden Rune, while use selected will consume the amount you inputted at the same time.
