How to Get Flask of Cerulean Tears

Lose to the Grafted Scion

After exiting the building at the start of the game, enter the area on the left. Approach the statue to start a boss fight with the Grafted Scion. Lose the fight to proceed to the next area and obtain the Flask of Cerulean Tears.

If you have managed to beat the boss, exit to your right and follow the path until you reach the cliff and fall down to proceed to the next area.
