Complete Blacksmith's Blues II to Unlock the Excalibur Design Draft

To craft the Excalibur, you need to first acquire the Excalibur Design Draft from the side quest, Blacksmith's Blues II. You can access this quest at the start of the Out of the Shadow main quest.

Once you unlock the Excalibure recipe, head over to The Black Hammer in Cid's Hideaway to craft this powerful weapon!
