Deal Heavy Single-Target Damage

Thunderstorm is an ability that deals heavy damage to a single target, making it a good attack to use on staggered bosses or formidable foes. It is not recommended to use when against multiple enemies, as its casting time renders you vulnerable to incoming attacks.
