Scarlet Cyclone sweeps the area around you with the Phoenix's wings. It is best used when surrounded by enemies, especially the lighter ones.

Inflict Moderate Stagger Damage

As one of the starting Eikonic Abilities, Scarlet Cyclone is a staple in the early game as your main stagger ability. Be sure to have this equipped before fighting a formidable foe or a boss and spam it during the battle to quickly reduce their Will gauge.
