Found on Behind an Illusory Wall in Lamenter's Gaol

The Lamenting Visage can be found on a corpse behind an illusory wall in Lamenter's Gaol. You would first need to obtain the Gaol Upper Level Key in order to get the Gaol Lower Level Key, which unlocks the area with the illusory wall.

Only Available in Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

The Lamenting Visage is only available if you've purchased the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This weapon is a DLC exclusive and will not be available if you only own the base game.
