How to Use Golden Epitaph

Scales with Faith, Strength, and Dexterity

Golden Epitaph equally scales with Strength and Dexterity, with high Faith scaling. Adding points to either Strength or Dexterity will have the same amount of stat scaling bonus to physical attack while improving your Faith will increase the Holy damage of the weapon.

Good for dealing Holy damage

This weapon's physical attacks deal additional Holy damage, making it a good weapon to use against enemies that are weak to this damage type. The damage can be increased with the Two Fingers Heirloom that increases your Faith.

Weapon Skill Imbues your Weapons with Holy Damage

The weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War and has Last Rites as its default weapon skill. The skill imbues Holy to all of your armaments including that of your nearby allies, granting you an increased amount of Holy damage.

Pairing this skill with the Sacred Scorpion Charm will further increase the Holy damage that you can deal at the expense of lower damage negation.

Weapon skill damage scales with Faith

Since the weapon skill directly scales with Faith, adding points to this attribute will enhance the capability of the weapon skill.
