The Red Bear's Claw is obtained by defeating the boss Red Bear in the Northern Nameless Mausoleum. Starting from the Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace, head south and unlock the Spiritspring by breaking the rocks nearby. Use the two Spiritsprings to access the Northern Nameless Mausoleum.

The Red Bear's Claw is only available if you've purchased the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This weapon is a DLC exclusive and will not be available if you only own the base game.
