Moonrithyll, Carian Knight is located within Castle Ensis in the building past the bridge behind the closed gate.

From the Castle Ensis Checkpoint Site of Grace, drop down the cliff to the south and reach the other side of the closed gate by climbing the ladder beside the river. Cross the bridge here and reach the next section of the castle to fight Moonrithyll, Carian Knight.
