    Can get the rifle at the start of An Act of Mercy the first time you visit the doctor's house. If you keep hitting F and jump in front of the window to the right of the one with a cable going through it you can snag it a little earlier in the game.

    This Gun does not have a higher Damage than the base SVU. The only advantage it has is higher range. also upgrades can be done at Yaniv Station

    already tried them all, and it still shows that technician cant install upgrade

    Try different techs, not every tech is skilled enough or has the resources to apply all upgrade. Yaniv station's tech is pretty advanced and Rostok is a midway point too to try too before trekking all the way to Yaniv.

    Guys, how to upgrade this weapon? Only one upgrade left and it shows "technitian cannot install this upgrade..."
