it's a reskin of Valiks but with standard ak damage and accuracy (the pen stats are the same as Valiks)
The condition about siding with Richter at the beginning seems to be wrong since I did side with Richter and Gafer in Zalissya and still didn't get the interrogation cutscene that gives you the gun in Slag Heap. What I THINK might be the actual trigger for getting this weapon is not asking Zotov about Solder in Zalissya at all. In my playthrough I have asked both the Gaffer and Zotov about information related to Solder but gave the sensors to Richter.
so its just reskin of original weapon, not even slightest advantage?
4X works. You can find it on the crane overhanging the Slag Heap. That's where I got mine at least
