Finger-Weaver's Cookbook 2 is found in the Finger Ruins of Miyr beneath the Cathedral of Manus Metyr. You can access the Finger Ruins of Miyr by progressing Count Ymir's quest line. Once you're at the ruins, follow the path and hop off on the left side to find Finger-Weaver's Cookbook 2.

Material How to Get
Dewgem x3 ・Found in Ellac River Cave and Ellac River.
Beast Horn x1 ・Can be farmed from the boars and deers outside the Viaduct Minor Tower.
・ Dropped by horned fauna in the Realm of Shadow.
Pearlescent Scale x1 ・Dropped by the lampreys in the finger ruins.
Finger Mimic x1 ・Found in the finger ruins.
