Default Ash of War for the Rellana's Twin Blades

Rellana's Twin Blades can be obtained by beating Rellana, Twin Moon Knight and obtaining the Remembrance of the Twin Moon Knight. You can then turn in the Remembrance to Enia at the Roundtable Hold to get Rellana's Twin Blades.
