Dropped by the Night's Cavalry boss that patrols the road to the east of the Gate Town Bridge site of grace in Liurnia. This boss only appears at night.
Ice Spear lets you throw a powerful magical projectile that deals Frost buildup on hit. In PvE, this is a great way to continuously build up Frost while getting zoned by a boss. In PvP, it mixes well into Polearm movesets, allowing you to combo into it for burst damage.
