Dropped by a Scarab near the well leading to the Subterranean Shunning Grounds in Leyndell, Royal Capital. The courtyard with the Scarab can be found to the south west of the Avenue Balcony site of grace.

Thunderbolt is the Ash of War equivalent of the Lightning Strike incantation. When used, you call down a bolt of lightning to strike down your enemy. The lightning is quick to cast and can be chained in quick succession. Additionally, once used, your weapon will be imbued with Lightning, making this Ash perfect for DEX builds.
