From the Revenger's Shack site of grace in Liurnia, travel south west towards the Road's Ends Catacombs, hugging the side of the cliff until you find a path with two blue Jellyfish. Go down the path to find the Scarab that drops Sword Dance.

How to Use Sword Dance

Used to Deal Damage while Moving

Sword Dance consists of 3 swings. The first 2 will be spins that move your character forward. The final hit will be a downward slash that completes the combo. In PvE, this deals a lot of damage on hit while still being mobile, making it fit right in with quality builds. In PvP, you can use this to roll catch enemies looking to keep their distance.
