Looted From a Corpse in the Prison Town in Volcano Manor

You can obtain this weapon in the Prison Town at Volcano Manor in Mt. Gelmir. From the Prison Town Church Site of Grace, make your way across the roofs you first see, jumping towards the tower-like building and dropping down to the bridge area.

Go up the stairs and left to cross the bridge. From the Man-Serpent's position ahead of you, go into the narrow area to the right to find a ladder. Climb the ladder and straight ahead, there's a gap that you can drop down from into a set of open doors.

Inside you will find the corpse where you can loot the staff along with the Albinauric Mask.
