This weapon can be found inside a chest at the Academy Crystal Cave in Liurnia of the Lakes.
The chest is hidden behind an Illusory Wall just before the boss room and guarded by a Glintstone Sorcerer. The wall is to the left of the entrance of the storeroom-like area.
