Located in the Academy of Raya Lucaria

On the Raya Lucaria Academy. Near the 2nd floor of the Church of the Cuckoo. Guarded by a lone Page that can deal high amounts of triple-crossbolt shots in a narrow alley.

You will need to navigate through the roofs of Raya Lucaria in order to reach the upper level of the Church of the Cuckoo. You can get to the roofs from the Debate Parlor Site of Grace, going towards the crumbled staircase outside and jumping over the railing before the shortcut door that leads to Rennala's boss room.

Once you reach the upper level, there will also a ladder you can kick down for a shortcut to the Church of the Cuckoo.
