How to Use Commander's Seals

Commander's Seals are special consumables that you can use to cast Transcending Powers in Throne and Liberty (TL). Read on to learn more about how to use Commander's Seals, the skills they allow you to use, as well as how to get them in-game.

How to Use Commander's Seals

Obtain Transcending Powers by Being the Top Player in the Server

In order to gain access to Throne and Liberty's Transcending Powers, you will first need to become the number 1 ranked player of your server when it comes to either Activity Ranking, Kill Ranking (PvP), or Guild Ranking.

Once you manage either of these feats, you'll be given access to Transcending Powers which you can view and equip via the Skills Menu (top left corner).

Power	Effect and How to Get
Transcending Power: Heavy Rain	How to Get: Get Rank 1 in Activity Ranking. Effect: Rain falls for 10 minutes, server-wide. Mana Cost Efficiency increases by 100% for 10s and Cooldown Speed increases 20% for 24s for nearby party members and guild members.
Transcending Power: Gale	How to Get: Get Rank 1 in Guild Ranking. Effect: Turns the winds into powerful gusts for 10 minutes, blowing in the direction the camera is facing when cast. Movement Speed increases by 25% for 24s for nearby party members and guild members.
Transcending Power: Eclipse	How to Get: Get Rank 1 in Kill Ranking. Effect: Darkens the world for 10 minutes. All party members and guild members within a 5m range are Stealthed for 30s. Using skills or moving out of the caster's range ends Stealth.

Consume Commander's Seals to Use the Transcending Power

Upon obtaining a Transcending Power, equip it to your hotbar for easy use. When you're ready, spend 5 Commander's Seals to cast either of the 3 powers available to you. However, do note that these skills have obscenely long cooldowns, so make sure to only cast them when needed.

How to Get Commander's Seals

Purchased from Guild Merchants

Commander's Seals can be purchased from Guild Merchants found in settlements or inside your Guild Base. Each Commander's Seal costs a whopping 50 Guild Tokens which means that you'll be spending a total of 250 Guild Tokens per cast of Transcending Power.

Should You Buy Commander's Seals?

Only if You're a Very Active Player in a Very Active Guild

Unfortunately, Transcending Powers are beyond the reach of most players in Throne and Liberty simply due to the amount of time needed to place at Rank 1 and maintain that rank in your server. This means that you don't really need to buy Commander's Seals unless you're a very active player in a highly competitive guild in your server.
