The Watchdog's Greatsword has an 8% chance to drop from Sword-Wielding Erdtree Burial Watchdogs in the Mountaintops of the Giants and Consecrated Snowfield.

The only locations you can visit to farm for this weapon are the Giant-Conquering Hero's Grave, Giant's Mountaintops Catacombs, and the Consecrated Snowfield Catacombs.
