Dropped by Fire Knights Wielding Greatswords in the Shadow Keep
The Fire Knight's Greatsword is a potential drop from Fire Knights with Greatswords inside the Shadow Keep. The nearest Greatsword-wielding Fire Knight that can be farmed will be found guarding the elevator to the Specimen Storehouse.
The nearest site of grace is Storehouse, First Floor: respawn here and take the elevator down to Shadow Keep to repeatedly farm the Fire Knight until the Greatsword drops.
Boost Drop Rate by Increasing Item Discovery and Arcane Stats

Increase your Item Discovery stat to boost the chances of the Fire Knight's Greatsword dropping. The best way to raise Discovery is with the Silver Scarab talisman, which will raise the stat by 75 points and make farming for the Fire Knight's Greatsword easier!
If you don't have the Scarab, you can ingest the Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot and Silver Horn Tender consumables instead. Or, you can raise Arcane for more Discovery with gear like the Silver Tear Mask and the Outer God Heirloom.
