Dropped by a Scarab to south of the Smoldering Wall site of grace in Caelid. If you have the Astray from Caelid Highway North site of grace unlocked, you can fast travel here instead and the Scarab should be to your north west.

Lifesteal Fist is also the default Ash of War of the Clinging Bone. This weapon is dropped by Ensha at the Roundtable hold after he attacks you. To trigger the attack, you will need to retrieve half of the Haligtree Secret Medallion from Albus in Liurnia.
Clinging Bone Location and Stats
Lifesteal Fist allows you to deal critical strike damage on a humanoid enemy, while also healing from their lost HP. This Ash of War is best used when running a build with Claw weapons since they have better reach and utility than most of the fist weapons in-game.
