To get this relic, you'll need to equip Wylder's Silver Tear relic then beat Heolster the Nightlord. After you defeat the final boss, interact with its corpse to trigger an ending cutscene. You'll get Wylder's Earring as a reward once you return to the Roundtable Hold. We've updated this guide to reflect this info. Thanks for using our guides!
what about running the expedition solo, do i get the piece if i have the tear equipped?
Yes, I just had this happen to me. I can confirm you must have the silver tear relic equipped before starting the expedition, otherwise you do not unlock the alternate ending and Wylder's earring relic.
i've finished the night lord expedition but still don't get this relic, does it require equipping the larval tear? If i equip the larval tear, will i receive the piece after beating the night lord again?
