This is a guide to Noklateo, the Shrouded City in Elden Ring Nightreign. Read on to find out how to unlock Noklateo, the Shrouded City, clear it, and obtain its rewards!

Defeating seven different Nightlords unlocks the fourth Shifting Earth event which is Noklateo, the Shrouded City.
Shifting Earth events have a chance of triggering after the end of every expedition, whether you defeat a Nightlord or a regular third day boss.
There are four Shifting Earth events in total: The Crater, The Mountaintop, The Rotted Woods, and finally, Noklateo, the Shrouded City.

If you embark on an expedition when Noklateo, the Shrouded City has appeared, the southwest side of the map will change. It is advised to enter Noklateo, the Shrouded City on the second day after leveling your character in order to successfully defeat the Naturalborn of the Void boss inside.
| Dormant Power | Effects |
|---|---|
| Favor of Noklateo, the Shrouded City | Rise from near-death, unaided, a single time and become more powerful for a short time. |
Once you reach the end of the Chapel at the southwest area, you can acquire the Favor of Noklateo, the Shrouded City Dormant Power . This buff allows your Nightfarer to self-revive once and become more powerful for a short time after doing so.
Inside Noklateo, the Shrouded City is an altar with a large skeleton resting on top of it. Interact with this altar to duplicate any weapon of your choice.

There is only one entrance going inside Noklateo, the Shrouded City. The perimeter is surrounded by high walls, thus you cannot enter anywhere else.
Noklateo, the Shrouded City is a dungeon where you must defeat the boss outside the chapel at the southwest area. However, you cannot go straight ahead from the entrance, so you must go around to the left or right to reach the goal.

As soon as you enter Noklateo, the road splits into two, but you can reach the chapel no matter which way you go. Choose whichever way you like.

This is the route our team took to conquer Noklateo, the Shrouded City. There are many other ways to do this, but please use this as a reference for one of the routes to the boss.

There is a merchant near the entrance to Noklateo, the Shrouded City. Feel free to stop and make preparations before you venture further.

On both the left and right paths, you will come across a Giant Insect Boss that will shoot projectiles to block your way. This boss is very difficult to defeat because it is located high up, so it is recommended that you ignore it and proceed forward while being careful not to get hit by the projectiles it shoots.

The waterways and underground of Noklateo are inhabited by Basilisks, a regular enemy in the Elden Ring series. They breathe out black smoke that inflicts the Death Blight status. Avoid the black smoke at all costs.

The chapel lies ahead once you climb these steps. The Naturalborn of the Void boss will spawn once you approach the chapel.
There is a Site of Grace near these steps, so restore your health flasks before fighting the boss ahead.

The Naturalborn of the Void is the final boss in Noklateo, the Shrouded City. You will need to defeat it to advance further.
The Naturalborn of the Void has devastating close range area-of-effect attacks that can hit multiple party members. Attack it from a distance and run sideways once you see its linear laser attack.
After defeating the Naturalborn of the Void and collecting its loot, move forward to the area it was guarding and collect the Favor of Noklateo, the Shrouded City on top of an altar.
