| Tanky Boys | A defense oriented team where the members can block, ignore, or parry incoming damage. |
| Parry and Dodge | A team solely focused on parrying and dodging enemy attacks. |
| Ranged DPS | A team that relies on ranged attacks to take down enemies while one member takes all the boss aggro. |
| Ultimate Revival | A team consisting of characters that can revive multiple allies using their Ultimate Arts. |
| Triple Trouble | A "for fun" team consisting of three of the same Nightfarer. |
Canon Team

The Canon Team shows up a lot in promotional material and is actually one of the best teams you can run in Elden Ring Nightreign. This team provides a good balance of offense and defense, and can face off against the game's numerous bosses.
Guardian will be the tank of the party, taking hits for the team with his shield and Passive. Duchess will provide a huge chunk of the damage thanks to her quick attacks and Restage. Finally, Wylder can switch between dealing damage and deflecting enemy attacks based on what the team needs each fight.

This team prioritizes dealing damage above all else, and is perfect for more experienced players that know how to position properly and dodge enemy attacks.
Wylder's Onslaught Stake is a very strong attack that can take down early-game bosses with ease. Partner this with Duchess's Restage, and you can quickly dispatch smaller bosses for drops. Recluse provides ranged firepower, as well as even more damage with her Magic Cocktail.
This team does require proper communication, and all members of the team need to know what their roles are to maximize the overall damage output.

The Tanky Boys prioritize defense above all, with all members of the team capable of mitigating damage in one way or another.
Guardian can block attacks using his Greatshield and Steel Guard. Raider can muscle through enemy attacks with Retaliate and Fighter's Resolve, dealing damage to enemies and staggering them in the process. Lastly, Wylder can use his small shield to block and parry enemy attacks, while still dealing a lot of damage.

All members of this team are capable of negating and avoiding enemy damage by either parrying or dodging them. Wylder's default shield, though it doesn't provide much in terms of defense, can quickly parry enemy attacks, opening them for counterattack.
Executor, a parry-based character, lets him parry multiple attacks in a row before performing a counterattack. Finally, there's Duchess, whose Magnificent Poise lets her dodge attacks quickly and easily.

Unlike the other teams that need to get up close and personal to deal damage, this team can easily take enemies down from a far using both physical and magical attacks. Ironeye with his bow and Marking will provide the physical damage, while Recluse's spells and Magic Cocktail will proved the magical damage.
Guardian is in charge of protecting the two damage dealers by pulling the aggro from near by enemies, making them focus on him so that Ironeye and Recluse can dispatch them safely.
Ultimate Revival

This team is a special one in that, should two players go down, the third would be able to revive them both using their Ultimate Arts. This is perfect for hard fights like the ones with Nightlords, which can easily end if two players are down at once.
Guardian's Wings of Salvation and Revenant's Immortal March both immediately pick up their fallen teammates, while Executor's Aspects of the Crucible: Beast has fast and hard-hitting AoE attacks that can quickly pick teammates up.
Other than that, this team is also a well-balanced one, consisting of a Tank, a melee DPS, and a hybrid DPS.

Unlike other teams that have a specific playstyle to follow, this team is just for fun. Although this team has little to no balance, it opens up a lot of fun and surprising ways to clear a run.
Running three Duchesses, for example, allows you to spam Restage for lots of damage. Three Wylders, on the other hand, lets you spam his Onslaught Stake to stagger a boss multiple times.
