With the day 1 patch, the 1.0.1 App Version should be displayed on the bottom right corner of the main menu. This update will overall, improve the game's stability so be sure to update the game first before launching it.

Patch Update Troubleshooting Guide for PC

For PC players that are unable to patch their game, head over to Library > then right-click on Elden Ring Nightreign > select Properties> select Installed Files > and execute Verify Integrity of Game Files.
