The Silver Tear relic can be obtained after concluding the Wylder's Chapter 7 Remembrance. Defeat the Mimic Troll in Chapter 7 to get the quest item in order to conclude this chapter's remembrance and get the relic.

The Silver Tear can be used in Relic Rites like any other relic to boost base stats or add effects to a character. It applies a buff to the Wylder where the Art gauge is greatly filled when an ability is activated, adds +3 to the ultimate Art Gauge, and a +3 to the Arcane stat.

Used to Unlock the Secret Ending

The Silver Tear is used to unlock the secret ending in Wylder's Remembrance Quest line. You'll need to have the Silver Tear equipped while playing as Wylder, and then defeat Heolstor the Nightlord to access the alternate ending.

I had the tear equipped and I had the remembrance skin on and wasn't able to touch holster at the end of the fight it sent me to the roundtable with the corpse, I'm not sure if its because I was playing with other people.
