Patch 1.01.4 for Elden Ring Nightreign was released on July 2, 2025. This patch adds the Everdark Sovereign version of Sentient Pest along with other bug fixes. Read on for the full patch changelogs.

・The Weapon Type will now be displayed in each Armament Information menu. ・Fixed a bug where matchmaking would continually fail after two players joined and left your team at the same time. ・Fixed a bug where the acquisition of the gesture “It's Raining!” through Multiplayer would not register properly. Note: You can obtain the gesture by meeting the conditions, even if you have met them before. ・Fixed a bug where playable characters might revive from a near-death state without being defeated during the battle with the third-day boss after leaving a session and returning from the title screen. ・Fixed a bug where the background music in the Recluse Remembrance would not play properly when certain conditions were met. ・Fixed a bug where quitting the game incorrectly immediately after fulfilling the clearing conditions of the “Shifting Earth: Crater”, the “The Crater” achievement would not be awarded despite clearing the area. Note: Even if you have already earned the achievement, meeting the “Crater” clear conditions will award you with the clearing credit again. ・Fixed several other instances of bugs. |
App Version 1.01.4 Change
With the 1.01.4 patch, the 1.01.4 App Version should be displayed on the bottom right corner of the main menu. This update will overall, improve the game's stability so be sure to update the game first before launching it.
Patch Update Troubleshooting Guide for PC
For PC players that are unable to patch their game, head over to Library > then right-click on Elden Ring Nightreign > select Properties> select Installed Files
> and execute Verify Integrity of Game Files.
Some of the latest GPUs may also experience frame rate drops and the team is currently investigating the cause. For players affected by the issue, the problem can be resolved by lowering the game's resolution and installing the latest drivers for their GPU.
Regulation Version Change
Regulation files for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S can be downloaded by logging into the server. If the regulation version indicated in the lower right corner is different, select Login in the menu to apply the latest version.
Following the recent maintenance, which hotfixed a bug in the Everdark Sovereign version of Sentient Pest, the Regulation version should be Ver 1.01.6.
