Elden Ring Nightreign - Give Pocketwatch To Priestess

Take the Old Pocketwatch to the Hooded Figure at the Roundtable Hold. Go through the dialogue until you can choose the bring up the Pocketwatch option. This will trigger a short cutscene and unlock the Duchess afterwards.
