Executor and Scholar can Make Good Use of Arcane Weapons

Executor and Scholar S Arcane Scaling

Of the characters available, Executor (Base Game) and Scholar (DLC) have the highest Arcane stats sitting at S. This means that both Executor and Scholar will make good use out of Arcane weapons with status effects.

Ironeye and Undertaker Can Also Use Arcane Weapons

Revenant and Ironeye Get Arcane B Scaling

Of the remaining Nightfarers, Ironeye and Revenant have the second best Arcane stats sitting at B. Revenant mainly takes advantage of her Arcane stat to cast Arcane spells (like Dragon Communion spells) due to her S in Faith, while Ironeye mainly uses the stat when equipping bows with status procs (like Bleed or Poison).
