What Does Endurance Do?

Directly Influences Stamina

Endurance is the primary stat when it comes to Stamina. This stat can be seen as the green bar on the upper left part of the screen and is consumed when sprinting, dodging, blocking, and attacking while in combat.

Having more Endurance allows the player to sprint, dodge, block, and attack more frequently before running out of stamina. This makes endurance a well rounded skill that most classes will benefit from.

Leveling up in Elden Ring Nightreign automatically increases all your stats, including Endurance. How much a certain stat increases will depend on your character's stat scaling.
