You can fully restore FP by resting at a Site of Grace, As FP recovery outside of combat depends on your blessings, we recommend resting at Sites of Graces before you take on a boss.

Using the Starlight Shard consumable is the main way to recover FP during battle outside some skills from certain characters. Using the Cerulean Crystal Tear will also recover some FP over time.
You can purchase Starlight Shards with runes from merchants and we recommend stocking up on these consumables if you're using a class that uses a lot of FP such as the Recluse.
Consuming the Cerulean Hidden Tear allows you to cast spells and skills without consuming FP for a short time and can be more effective to use on classes with high FP consuming skills.
